Private hypnobirthing courses offer a more personalised experience to meet your needs. They can be taught across 4 or 5 sessions or over 2 days, if this is what suits you best. While the content of the course remains largely the same as that taught in groups sessions, private courses can be tailored more around your specific pregnancy and preferences for birth. For example, if you're planning a VBAC or expecting twins.

Unlimited support via phone or email until the end of your pregnancy and an opportunity to meet up following your birth to share your experience.
Also included in the course fee – an optional ‘catch up’ session at around 37 weeks (delivered via Zoom) to recap key details.

Private Course Fee – £225
A deposit of £25 (non-refundable) will be taken upon booking – the remainder can then either be paid in one lump sum or in instalments up to one week prior to your course start date.
LEARNING ONLINE
Private sessions can also be delivered online (via Zoom) at the fee of £185.
Please note, the ‘goody’ box is unavailable when learning online and course notes will be emailed.
