Please wear comfortable clothing and bring along a bottle of water and a pregnancy pillow/normal pillow to increase your comfort during the relaxations.
I will send an invoice for you to pay via Stripe for the remaining balance 2 weeks before the course start date which must be received no later than one week before the course begins.

I am a mum to 2 energetic children, birth educator and former primary school teacher. I teach gentle pregnancy yoga & relaxation classes, and hypnobirthing antenatal courses, to pregnant mums and their birth partners in North Cornwall and West Devon.
