Please wear comfortable clothing and bring along a bottle of water and a pregnancy pillow/normal pillow to the first session to increase your comfort during the relaxation.
I will send a link for you to pay the remaining balance 2 weeks before the course start date which must be received no later than one week before the course begins.

I am a mum to 2 energetic children, birth educator and former primary school teacher. I teach pregnancy relaxation classes and hypnobirthing antenatal courses to pregnant mums and their birth partners in North Cornwall and West Devon.
