July: Tuesdays – 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th at 7pm

September: Tuesdays – 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th at 7pm

November: Tuesdays – 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th at 7pm

When can I start pregnancy relaxation classes?

You can take part in gentle pregnancy yoga & relaxation at any point from 12 weeks onwards. Whether you are in your second or third trimester, both yoga & relaxation are beneficial however far along you are in your pregnancy journey.

What should I bring?

I will provide yoga mats and a warm, friendly space. Just bring along a pregnancy pillow or normal pillow and a bottle of water. Wear something comfy that you will be able to relax easily in. You might also wish to bring along a small blanket.

Is pregnancy relaxation the same as doing an antenatal course?

While gentle pregnancy yoga & relaxation help towards your preparation for birth, and we do discuss tips for birth and practise breathing techniques, this is not an antenatal course. The focus in these sessions is on gentle movement, relaxation and connection. I would always encourage pregnant women to join a full antenatal course along with their chosen birth partner to ensure they are both fully informed and prepared for labour and birth. Can my birth partner attend?

No, I’m afraid not. These gentle yoga & relaxation sessions are for mums-to-be only to help you find some time for you.
